To be honest, I am one who does not enjoy working out even though I know it is a good thing. Paul, while not necessarily able to understand this, given his own commitment to health and fitness, has been willing to work with me for several years. He has been a positive influence on my health, always encouraging and flexible to adjust my workouts keeping me fitter than if I was trying to do my fitness on my own. "I have known Paul for a number of years. When I had first met him I was about 20lbs over weight and having a lot of trouble shedding the rest of the weight off. He trained me and j lost a significant amount of weight. I felt confident, sex, light and comfortable in my skin.
I had stopped seeing him for about a year and a half and, needless to say, I had gained back all of the weight I worked so hard to get rid of and some. Paul started me off one a full body workout to see where my strength level was. He also helped me design a proper meal plan for the next few months.
During this time I was going through the hardest breakup I had ever been through. Paul had encouraged me to be strong and not lose focus in what I was trying to achieve. He told me to chandler all of my anger and frustrations into something healthy and active. That week I bought a pair of rollerblades to increase my cardio workouts and get to the gym and back with speed.
